Hello world!

Welcome to the Ivory Film Company’s blog about the making of “A Pistol In Hand,” also fully known as “A Pistol in Hand is Worth Two in the Glove Box.” You have no clue how important that last sentence was in the lives of the contributors of this blog. Of course, neither do we, yet.

Who are we? We are your neighbors, your children, your schoolmates; those crazy artistic kids who grew up and instead of pursuing a major in alcohol, fell in love with Van Gogh, with Yeats, with Kieslowski, inspiring them to pursue major dreams on minor budgets.

Yes, we are first-time, independent, low-budget filmmakers, but we don’t want you to know that by our work, only by our admittance. We have assembled a team of people more talented than Uwe Boll, and even more talented than George Michael’s cousin, Maeby, a team dedicated to producing every aspect of a film in a reasonable amount of time with extraordinarily professional results.

Will this blog reveal our secrets? Will this blog make you wish you had a pistol in hand? Will it revolutionize the movie-making industry?

There is no telling, because no one else has written anything yet. That’s why you should stick around.
